Founded in 1999 as a subsidiary of NAI, NAIE’s state-of-the-art manufacturing facility is capable of producing powders, capsules and tablet products. This facility gives NAI a global footprint. NAIE offers a full range of services from concept to launch.
Custom Formulation
NAI offers science-based guidance in designing customized nutritional products in collaboration with our clients to differentiate their product and brand in a competitive marketplace. Additionally, our scientific approach and R&D formulation knowledge help prepare your product to ensure it’s safe and effective. We manufacture in a format to meet customers’ specific needs.
Full Production Manufacturing
We offer full-service production capabilities to develop science-backed products and fulfill high-volume orders (MOQ of 10,000 bottles or bags). We manage everything from raw material testing and identification to manufacturing and stability testing, if required. Our annual production and packaging capacity continues to increase with the addition of our new facility in Carlsbad, CA.
Quality Assurance Testing
To ensure your products are safe and of the highest quality, we have rigorous control processes in place. Our processes are certified by standards set forth by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration, the Therapeutic Goods Administration of Australia (TGA) and current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP).
Turnkey Packaging
With NAI, your product moves seamlessly from production into packaging. We have a packaging format to meet any need: bags, pouches, tubs, stick packs, and bottles—and we assist clients with label design and assure all packaging meets FDA regulations and label claims.
